Use the following checklist to ensure that your roofing job
is completed to your satisfaction.
Before work begins, the installer:

walks around te property to inspect the
condition of siding, eaves trough,driveway, bushes and
shrubs |

explains what steps will be taken to protect
your property |

opens one pack of shingles to verify that
you are getting the shingles
you selected |
After completion, the installer:

checks to make sure that all work-related
debris has been removed from the area |
|
checks that a magnetic broom was used to
drag for nails in the grass, on the driveway and around
the perimeter of the house |
|
verifies that the shingle pattern is neat
and consistent |
|
checks to ensure that flashing and caulking
is professionally applied |
|
verifies that your property has been protected
as thoroughly as possible |
